Account dormancy: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet placed) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. cp999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your cp999 account by submitting a closure request to [email protected]. cp999 may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• cp999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• cp999 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Your account is found to be in violation of the single-account policy.

Upon termination for breach, cp999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances that were deposited legitimately will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification, subject to any legally required hold periods.

Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations of either party that accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cp999 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the cp999 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
